As a supporter of our functional application managers, you help solve questions and problems from researchers and students who use research data applications. You are in direct contact with users, online and occasionally physically, to answer questions and solve system problems. The team of functional application managers for research data applications consists of three employees, who manage various applications. In recent years, the use of these applications has grown enormously and the number of questions has also increased considerably. In addition, we are dealing with a number of system migrations, which has further increased the number of questions. We are therefore looking for someone who can temporarily reinforce our team for a number of hours a week.
